You may wonder why workout time is so short?

Here are the options to vote:

  • we just don’t want to load you too much,
  • you cannot stand even such a small amount of time,
  • it’s based on High-intensity interval training (it's called HIIT and it's a right answer).

What Is HIIT?

HIIT is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

It has also been shown to speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.

Suggested Weekly Challenges:

To keep track of your progress, Denis setup the following weekly challenges that you could do at home and post them on social media (don’t forget to tag @spacenutrientsstation). It is recommended that you complete the challenges on Saturday and take Sunday as day off. You can even do a cheat meal.

Week 1- Holding a plank for 60 seconds

Week 2- Performing maximum burpees in 60 seconds

Week 3- Performing maximum push-ups in 30 seconds, followed by a 60 second plank

Week 4- Performing maximum burpees in 30 seconds, followed by maximum push-ups in 30 seconds, and then holding a 30 second plank
